Excellent service from Noah Gray, we've never owned a Hot Tub before, so we were very out of our depth. He came over and explained everything in detail, clearly and concisely. He was incredibly friendly and very easy to talk to! He got bromine set up in the water, cleaned it and made it look completely new. He identified problems quickly and provided easy solutions.

Just wanted to share that Terry had been great! Every time my wife, Jennifer, brings our water in for analysis, she is so helpful!! The diagnostics provided by pool doctor are spot on and Terry explains the results and never tried to over sell chemicals. We do appreciate her!!
